You will support pupils with special educational needs in everyday school life and promote their integration into the classroom. Your tasks will include accompanying them in class, helping them with their school work and promoting their social skills.

Nursery assistants look after children in daycare centers, organize activities and promote early childhood development.
After-school caretaker

In after-school care centers or open all-day schools, you look after school children after school, help them with their homework and organize varied leisure activities that promote their social and personal development.

After you have completed the questionnaire on our website, we will contact you. In a personal meeting, we will clarify whether you are eligible for an education voucher and find the training that best suits your professional goals.

Make an appointment with the employment agency
We support you in preparing your application documents for the education voucher. This will ensure that you are optimally prepared for your appointment with the job center or employment agency. As soon as your education voucher has been approved, you submit it to us and start your training.

Welcome to the Impact School family
You can begin your training with the next starting group. If you need additional material or a laptop, just let us know - we will provide you with everything you need for your learning success.

With an education voucher, further training is free of charge for you and you will continue to receive your financial benefits such as unemployment benefit or citizens' allowance. How to apply for it: Make an appointment with your contact person at the employment agency or job center, bring your application documents that we have prepared together and explain why the further training is important for your professional future. For your voucher to be approved, you must live in Germany and be registered as a jobseeker.
