Our mentors - from practice for the future
Get to know our mentors - committed individuals who show our participants what is possible in the social professions. They give time, knowledge and above all: courage.

Our mentors
For me, social work means: being there, listening, empowering - with heart and attitude. It is the quiet backbone of our society that supports so much. I believe in genuine encounters at eye level and in how much can be created when we really listen to each other - it is often precisely these moments that give new impetus. As a mentor, I look forward to accompanying, supporting and encouraging others and being part of a network that stands for more togetherness.

I became a school companion as a career changer. For me, it is very important to meet challenging children at eye level. It's a profession of great importance because they can't go to school without me. As a mentor, I want to show them the opportunities this path offers - and tell them honestly about what it takes to get there.

I believe in the power of weQ instead of IQ - education succeeds when we shape it together. As an integral transformation instigator, I experience every day how much potential there is in genuine collaboration. As a mentor, I want to encourage people to break new ground in the education system - together, in a diverse way and with attitude.

Strong relationships are the foundation - in the family and in education. As a mentor, I want to show how important it is to act consciously and mindfully, especially in sensitive areas such as disputes and finances. With my experience from founding a daycare center and working with families, I know that early childhood education begins with connection - and with role models who support it.

As a coach, I have been helping people to develop their professional and personal potential for many years. As a mentor, I want to encourage our participants to believe in themselves, to recognize their abilities and to develop the inner strength they need in everyday pedagogical life. Self-competence is not a luxury - it is the foundation for a fulfilling and sustainable career.

As a mentor, it is important to me to pass on the complexity and importance of educational work in daycare centers. Early childhood education forms the foundation for lifelong learning and personal development - not only for children, but also for educational professionals. Working in a daycare center makes it possible to accompany children sensitively in their crucial early years and at the same time opens up a wide range of opportunities for their own professional and personal development.

As a mentor, I would like to share my experiences and show how valuable the work of a school mentor is. It's a job that requires a lot of empathy and commitment - an appreciative role that makes it possible to provide individual support for children's everyday school life and development and to promote positive change.

I came to Germany as an au pair, did an FSJ and finally started my PIA training as an educator - and yes, it wasn't always easy. Learning German in particular was a challenge. But I never gave up. Today, I am overjoyed to be working in a profession with children. As a mentor, I want to show others that perseverance pays off - and give an insight into how you can grow step by step into teacher training.

What makes our mentors so special
Our mentors are more than just companions - they are inspiration, support and living proof that personal paths into social professions are diverse and possible.
From practice for practice
Our mentors know the reality of pedagogical work first-hand. Their insights are authentic, approachable and provide orientation in everyday working life.
Honest encounters
With empathy and clarity, they support our participants in recognizing their strengths - and provide real insights into career prospects through their own stories.
part of a strong network
We know how much commitment our mentors invest - and are deeply grateful for their role.
They accompany you personally and with heart.
Whether online or face-to-face, they take the time to listen and provide valuable feedback that encourages and creates perspectives.
They change lives - in passing.
With just one hour a month, they create space for growth, new impetus and the feeling: "Someone believes in me."
Appreciation and impact
We know how much commitment our mentors invest - and are deeply grateful for their role.
Why mentors?
Because role models open paths.
We believe in the principle of living role models.
Our participants have often overcome obstacles to find their place in the social work field. They bring with them life experience, diversity and the courage to change - and they deserve support that meets them at eye level.
This is where our mentors come in. They are experienced professionals from daycare centers, schools and other educational institutions. People who know what career detours feel like - and what strength lies in taking a meaningful path. People who show through their stories: "You can do it too."
