Our course materials are available in various languages. These include Ukrainian, Russian, Arabic and Fahrsi. We will also find the right teacher and suitable fellow students who speak your language or match your German language level

Insights into social professions, the school and daycare system in Germany and specific occupational fields such as supplementary staff and school support.
Module 2
‍Introduction

Company visits to daycare centers and schools as well as interviews with career changers offer you practical insights.
Module 3
‍Introduction
Introduction to the legal framework (e.g. protection of minors, data protection), pedagogical approaches and methods, developmental psychology, methodology and didactics.
Module 4
‍Introduction
Conducting tests to identify personal strengths and aptitudes in order to identify suitable occupational fields in the social sector.
Module 5
‍Introduction
Practical exercises and role plays, time management, self-organization, resilience, motivation, goal setting and perspective planning.
Module 6
‍Introduction
Reflection on the course, feedback, perspective planning, individual coaching for professional integration.
