Pedagogical professions for career changers:
Our further training to become a "learning and development assistant" will train you to become a supplementary educational worker in just a few months. We prepare you specifically for a variety of professions in childcare and child development. After graduation, you will have the opportunity to choose between different activities and can also combine these in your everyday working life (e.g. school support in the morning, after-school care in the afternoon). Over the course of your career, you can train to become a specialist (e.g. educator) and manager. Here are some of the positions you will be qualified for after completing your training:

Many parents rely on this professional help to balance work and family life. State support is available for families who need help due to special circumstances.
