Module 1
Professional knowledge
Insights into social and care professions, the school and daycare system in Germany as well as a wide range of fields of activity - from supplementary workers and school support to nursing assistance and other social professions.
Module 2
‍Practical insights

Employers present their facilities and career changers provide personal insights into their profession as role models. In interviews, you will find out how to get started and what opportunities await you.
Module 3
‍Introduction to pedagogy
Introduction to the legal framework (e.g. protection of minors, data protection), pedagogical approaches and methods, developmental psychology, methodology and didactics.
Module 4
‍Recognize personality strengths and potentials
You will get to know your personal strengths and interests better - with the help of proven methods that will help you find suitable careers in the social sector.
Module 5
‍Key competencies
Practical exercises on time management, self-organization, resilience, motivation and goal setting - for your successful entry into social professions.
Module 6
‍Career planning
Reflection on the course, feedback, perspective planning, individual coaching for professional integration.
You will spend four weeks immersed in the world of work and will explore your strengths and goals. After that, you'll know where you want to go - and how to get there.
