Your tasks

Your profile
You have experience in sales, sales or educational consulting - ideally with an educational institution, training provider or in a comparable environment
You enjoy consulting discussions, think in terms of sales and work in a target- and deal-oriented manner
You can explain complex educational and support topics in an understandable and convincing way
You communicate confidently, engagingly and empathetically - by phone and in writing
You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even with multiple leads

Pedagogical professions for career changers:
Our further training to become a "learning and development assistant" will train you to become a supplementary educational worker in just a few months. We prepare you specifically for a variety of professions in childcare and child development. After graduation, you will have the opportunity to choose between different activities and can also combine these in your everyday working life (e.g. school support in the morning, after-school care in the afternoon). Over the course of your career, you can train to become a specialist (e.g. educator) and manager. Here are some of the positions you will be qualified for after completing your training:
School companion/iN

You will support pupils with special educational needs in everyday school life and promote their integration into the classroom. Your tasks will include accompanying them in class, helping them with their school work and promoting their social skills.
Nursery helper

Nursery assistants look after children in daycare centers, organize activities and promote early childhood development.
After-school caretaker

In after-school care centers or open all-day schools, you look after school children after school, help them with their homework and organize varied leisure activities that promote their social and personal development.

As a childminder, you look after a small group of children aged from a few months to three years, sometimes older, in your own home or in rented rooms. You promote their development through individual care, education and upbringing and work closely with the parents. This activity is carried out independently and requires a care permit from the youth welfare office.

You support families directly at home with the care of their children. You promote their development through individual support and playful activities. Many parents rely on this professional help to balance work and family life. State support is available for families who need help due to special circumstances.

Supplementary employee to the specialist
A career in education not only offers you immediate career entry opportunities, but also a wide range of prospects for further development:
1. supplementary employee
After your training at the Impact School, you can start as a school companion, daycare assistant, after-school care worker, etc. As a pedagogical assistant, you will gain valuable practical experience that will promote your professional development.
2nd specialist
With additional in-service qualifications and further training, you have the opportunity to be recognized as a pedagogical specialist, for example as an educator or social pedagogue. These further training courses are usually made possible by crediting hours worked.
3. management positions
With sufficient professional experience and further qualifications, you can take on management positions in daycare centers, schools or all-day care, such as daycare center management or team leadership in all-day schools.
