Would you like to help people make a fresh start in their careers? In the Impact School's education advisory service, you are the first point of contact for people interested in gaining qualifications for a future in the education and social sector. Your advice will help them find the right course and take advantage of the appropriate funding opportunities.

We qualify people for future-proof careers in the social sector. In our practical online courses, we support them in gaining initial experience and preparing specifically for a career. As a Teaching Assistant, you are an important part of our team and support both the participants and our lecturers.

Als Bildungsberaterin bist du die erste Ansprechpartnerin für Interessierte: Du berätst zu unseren Programmen, erkennst individuelle Bedarfe und überzeugst Menschen davon, den nächsten Schritt in ihre berufliche Zukunft mit der Impact School zu gehen. Du verbindest ehrliche Beratung mit Abschlussstärke – und leistest damit einen direkten Beitrag zu unserem gesellschaftlichen Impact.

Als Class Manager:in bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle in unseren Programmen: Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Kursablauf, behältst Qualität und Organisation im Blick und bist Ansprechperson für Teilnehmende und Dozierende. Mit deiner Arbeit stellst du sicher, dass Lernen bei der Impact School verlässlich, wertschätzend und erfolgreich gelingt.
